We're a team of Nurses who bring years of hands-on healthcare experience to every family we work with. Between us, we've seen senior care from nearly every angle — hospital floors, skilled nursing, home health, and everything in between — and we started Nurses Senior Care Connections because we saw too many families making one of the biggest decisions of their lives without the guidance they deserved.

Our clinical backgrounds mean we don't just match families to a list of open beds. We look at the full picture: medical needs, mobility, medications, cognitive changes, personality, and what actually matters to your loved one day to day. We know the right questions to ask a facility, the red flags to watch for on a tour, and how to tell the difference between a community that looks good on paper and one that will genuinely meet your family's needs.

This work is personal to us. We treat every placement the way we'd want our own parents and grandparents to be cared for — with honesty, patience, and a level of clinical insight most families don't have easy access to on their own.
